FTC please contact me to testify against this company for threats and false claim. They threatened and demanded payment or should I say Extortion. I called my credit card company. I have never missed a payment and there was no action against me

These people called me and threatened me, were EXTREMELY RUDE and I am the the neighbor of the people they were actually trying to contact. I will spend every dime I have to put these JERKS out of business!!!!!!

MS COX AND HER SUPERVISOR WERE THE NASTIEST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. HOWEVER MY PHONE CALL WAS RECORDED SO THEM THREATENING ME AND CURSING AT ME IS OK BECAUSE I ALREADY HAVE AN ATTORNEY. THEY ARE TRYING TO COLLECT A DEBT IN WHICH I AM ALREADY PAYING ANOTHER COLLECTION AGENCY FOR, AND WHEN I QUESTIONED THAT THEY STARTED SCREAMING AND CURSING AT ME. LIKE I STATED EARLIER I HAVE ALREADY AN ATTORNEY IN REGARDS TO THE Fair Debt Collection Practices Act AND I SUGGEST YOU ALL DO THE SAME. THEY HAVE ABSOLUTEY NO LEGAL RIGHT TO THREATEN YOU AT ALL EVER FOR ANY REASON...I ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT ROLL OVER AND PLAY DEAD, THIS WILL NOT BE THE LAST THEY HEAR FROM ME!!!!

MR LEE (214-324-9575) was a harsh and very unprofessional Black male in his effort to contact me. He continuously called my place of employment after being advised not to and he used profanity towards my co-worker. He told her that he was very educated, but evidently he was never educated on the proper way to perform his job! He is a POOR representation of the company and needs to work at a desk, with no contact with individuals (on the phone or in person) just processing paperwork. They insisted that I make a $5000 payment immediately and requested my banking information. DON'T FALL VICTIM to their tactics!

These ppl harassed me threatening to take away everything but my life on a debt that was over the 5 yr statue of limitations. Threated to put a judgment against me if I didn't pay something to them right then. They said I owed 53000 but would settle for 3500 who does that? They buy you debt for about 50$ and try to force you to pay them thousands of dollars. Don't make payments to stop them u will still owe who you owe unless you pay them in full.

John Andrews at 469 453 8165 was extremely rude to me. I am merely an employee of a company that owes another company $500. Mr,. Andrews called our office and basically verbally assaulted me. I then contacted your corporate office and after being hung up on three tims, I was transferred to John Stevens who said he was the supervisor. He also proceeded to verbally attack me and ask me whi I am even calling if I am not an officer of the company. I explained to him that although I was not an officer of ther company, Mr. Andrews chose to divulge personal info to me so why cant I complain about his tone and demanor to me. John Stevens also hung up on me. VERY RUDE. BAD and ILLEGAL COLLECTION PRACTICES...
