Clinicas Mi Doctor

I dont understand how this particular office is still open. To make an appointment is so difficult. They make you wait on the phone over 30 minutes only to just finally pick up and hang up on you. Ive had to call several times and be put through the "please hold" repeatedly. They are very rude about it as well. Once you arrive to your appointment there is a line out the door and you have to wait an hour or more passed your appointment time just to be seen. Front desk is always rude when asking when youll be seen. They dont take into consideration that some people have jobs they need to eventually arrive to and to be waiting an hr or more past your appointment time is absurd. Hence why we make appointments. Once seen they make you wait longer in the wait room for them to just spend 15 mintues tops on you thinking they are magical wizards that can just look at you amd assume they know whats wrong with you. They prescribe things that have nothing to do with your illness. Foot you a bill and your out the door.

I will be switching doctors for my kid because each and every time Ive been ive always had to got to the ER room because their treatments have never worked.
