Overall

Bought a 2012 with 49k miles. Drove it 3 weeks and the engine blew up! Never ever give them your business. Been 2 weeks and still waiting on a return phone call. If we call no one answers. Horrible!!

If u shopped him first, make it ur last either way say No to Clay....bought 2 2013 sentra and a 2014 maxima....over 70k spent. Does not care about you after the sale. Promised to finish warranty work in 48 hours. Came back a week later car was never touched. The dealership itself is GHETTO...no communication. No respect. No professionalism. More like Club Cooley...not a dealership!

I finally had to call this company and they are very rude..The service people are rude and the Hispanic ladies that answer the phones..I wanted to make a complaint and the front desk clerk left me on hold...I called again.,,no answer...Where did theses people get their customer service skills from? Oh I know...From..How To Be Rude.Com Don't buy a car from here.Go to Honda a place where they appreciate their customers..

I bought my car from the Chev...

I haven't been to this specific location but I bought my car from the Chevrolet dealership and would NEVER recommend them to anyone. The sales people are rude, the service dept is incompetent. They couldn't figure out how to fix my issue AND on multiple occasions my car was damage by their service dept and Clay Cooley himself refused to make it right. He is a shady shay dealer. Buyers BEWARE!

The WORST dealership in DFW. The finance dept hung up on me twice when I was trying to get answers for my questions. RUDE. I called to see if I had a service and they coldn't even find my name in the system. I have bought 6 cars in 10years and they are the worst. Don Davis will always get my business from now on, Never had an issue with them yet.

I dont like them at all I didn't even get a chance to get a car cause whoever I talked to was talking to me like it was a crime just because I a driver's permit an I'm30 I mean do u supposed to have that before you get your llicense i hung up the phone In his f face then he called me back with the same Starcasm an I told him I go somewhere else

Horrible experience

If I could give them 0 stars I would. We took our car in for a simple Nissan factory recall and 9 weeks later we finally have our vehicle back. The complete lack of customer service from Donovan our service rep, the asst. service manager, and Kevin the service manager created the worst service experience in my life. There was a complete lack of communication on their part - we had to initiate all phone calls and were even forced to drive to the dealership twice for status updates. Unfortunately, this did not improve at all over the 9 weeks even after I complained to the service manager and general manager. They had no interest in providing any form basic customer service. Stay away!

I had the most DISTURBING AND HORRIBLE experience of my life with car buying at Clay Cooley Nissan in Desoto, TX on 08.14.13. First they pounded on me like vultures when I drove on the lot, but when I left I was in tears. I was PUBLICLY HUMILIATED in front of everyone in the showroom when I did not agree to the terms of a loan for a car I wanted to purchase. I spent over 2 hours there with this cast of characters trying to force me into buying a car (they kept coming out the "back"). Granted I liked the car but still had to keep things comfortable for me. We agreed on a price and I was ready to sign when I saw 72 written on the paper. I asked the guy what that number was and he said the number of payments. So I said no I dont want a 6 year note. He goes off on this rant about how with my bad credit I won't get a 5 yr note anywhere. Then he goes you're the one with bad credit you're the one that can't get a car etc. etc. I had even said before all of his yelling that I would be back to look at another car and for them to call me if one came in that fit my budget. He said NO this offer is for right now today only, you either take this or not. I said fine, I won't. And started to leave he then started telling EVERYONE in the show room that I was the LADY WITH BAD CREDIT! It was a surreal experience. He yelled at the guys behind the glass hey look there goes the lady with bad credit. I have heard other stories about this dealership but I saw it first hand. They were like the used car mafia up in there. All the cheesy looking people. The good guy, the bad guy and the "boss". Funny thing is my credit was FINE until I said no to their terms. Long story short. I left and the next day went to CHUCK FAIRBANKS CHEVY and bought a car with a 5 yr note with no hassle and no force. STAY AWAY FROM CLAY COOLEY NISSAN ON WHEATLAND AND I20 in Dallas/Desoto.

Don't walk away...RUN! I have never had to deal with so many people in one location who are qualified to say only what they think you want to hear to make a sale. They never fulfill one promise after that. This was the worst experience ever and totally turned the joy and excitement of buying a new car into a nightmare . Save yourself tons of heartache and go elsewhere!

We were going to purchase a 2013 Titan from them. We live 2 hours away so the negotiations were going on over the phone. After we had come to an agreement, been told the financing went through, and told them we would be coming the next afternoon, they sold it out from under us 5 hours before we got there after working on this agreement for 3 days. I would never recommend this dealership.

very happy at clay cooley !

I just took delivery of my new Suzuki Kizashi from Clay Cooley Suzuki in Dallas, Texas, and I am very happy! I got a great deal, they treated me well, and they even went to another city to get the exact car I wanted! Further, they were able to help me and my wife with our credit, and that was a huge benefit. I had been all over town looking for a car, and a loan, and no one seemed to want to help me. Brad at Clay Cooley is the one to talk to.

Excellent place to buy a car- done good by me

Excellent place to purchase a car from. I have bought a couple cars and they always give me the best deal. Robert over there is the best in the business he always looks out for me and doesnt bs me around.



Shoots me stratight all the time and works better deals than anyone else i've been to.
