The management of C&F Tooling is committed to continuous improvement and increased customer satisfaction by identifying, communicating, and promoting the use of quality principles and concepts. Management is responsible for developing and training every employee, at all levels, to their fullest ability, creating an atmosphere of total quality management, personal ownership and pride in the products produced. The goal of everyone at C&F Tooling is to continually meet the quality expectations of our customers. C&F Tooling, founded in 1992, is classified under SIC Code 3544. We manufacture plastic products and provide fabrication of injection molds. We currently have 10 employees. Our growth plan is to remain small enough so that we can always focus our complete attention on our customers' needs and exceed their expectations. We pride ourselves on our close teamwork with each other and our customers.
