CRAP!!! They do not honor warranty. Cushions break down after a few weeks.

Don't waste your money.The product will not last.The cushions will not holdup & the company will not replace.

buyer beware...the warranty will not be not honored! The foam in the cushions will start breaking down and emit an offensive chemical oder after about a year and a half. The store worker sat on one and agreed that it was very mushy . The other one needed stitching because the seam was coming apart. The manager's opinion was that there was nothing wrong with the cushion and said they would not replace any of them! Even though I explained that she did not have the one with the foam breaking down at the store. The store worker would not admit to the manager that he too thought the cushion was breaking down. When I went to pick up my cushion, they had it laying on the bare dirty floor!!!! Unprotected! It appears that they really don t care about their customers at all after they ve made the sale. Please think twice before you buy-they will promise the moon to get you to buy what they claim is a "custom sofa at a great price" but the quality of the material they use won t last and they wont honor their warranty. The owner Brad Allan won t even return e-mails! I sent him an e-mail and the local store manager replied. Its not a good sign when the owner avoids his customers.....
