Overall

We had an AC issue wherein our...

We had an AC issue wherein our AC was not cooling and called around several A/C repairing companies . Some companies had charges upfront to even take a look at the issue and while ARS didn't charge us for that . They probably sent their best Technician Mr. Ying Chen along and this person found the issue within minutes and repaired the issues within no time and the charges were just within my expectations . This guy knows A/C stuff and even gave some tips how to keep the A/C running under good conditions for a while and also didn't rip me off with other associated charges like freon and condensor issue which were no there and generally other A?C repair services rip us off within charges that does not need to be repaired. Mr. Ying Chen of ARS has earned my trust and I will go with ARS all the time .
