These guys are not only professional, they are also prompt and go far beyond to make your moving smooth and beautiful! They are to the perfection when comes to move each piece of the furniture. They are extremely courteous as well. The best part is that they offer the lowest charge in the market without discount on their labor. I had them moving the Baby Grand Piano and some left-behind items. Have I known them being so good, I would had arranged for them to move my first shipment! They are the greatest in this market!

This company moved my dads piano, and grandfather clock. I was very pleased with the way handled, and wrapped the clock they was very professionally, The priced the dispatcher quoted me on the phone was the price I paid when they were done. I really want to say how they did a great job taking a baby grand piano from the second floor to the first floor. They truly know how to carefully move a piano with no issues.They handled with care the crew was very professional, and had answers to all my questions I will recommend Around The Clock Movers to everyone I know. They showed up, almost 2 hours late. I called their supervisor twice. He knew they were that late. They assured me that they wouldn't charge me for the time they were late, but they did. The repeatedly took a ton of breaks. They stopped to smoke, around my furniture, which had to be professionally cleaned to remove the stink. They stopped to text to girlfriends/wives. They even stopped to go get drinks and snacks. They didn't tell me that they were doing this, they just took off with the truck half-full of my stuff. They charged me for all of this time that they were not working. I called the supervisor again to get them back to work. My friend told me they were smoking pot during one of their "breaks". They charged me for boxes, that they didn't fill. 10$ for each of those big wardrobe boxes, which they literally filled less than 6" worth. I wish this was an exaggeration. They loaded almost empty boxes and charged me to do so. They broke a plate clean in half, wrapped both halves of the plate separately, making it obvious that it was broken BEFORE being "packed" and didn't tell me. They shoved poisonous cleansers with pet supplies, allowing them to ooze and destroy the supplies. The entire lot was covered in drain cleaner. They dismantled things and refused to put them back together. They kept the bolts to put my desk back together. They broke and chipped dozens of other items. I had to throw out a ton of what they "moved".
They turned almost every chest of drawers UP SIDE DOWN! This spilled all the contents of the drawers all over the inside of the chests, breaking countless items and jamming all the drawers closed.
When the truck was half packed, they claimed it was full and that they needed to make a second trip. Each of the 2 trips with a half-filled truck also included a half hour break where they smoked, drank and wasted time.
5 hours after they got to my apartment, they handed me a bill for six and a half hours and about 500 more than their quoted price.

Was able to schedule a move quickly. HQ very helpful and cooperative working with my immediate need for services. James and Ronnie were very professional and courteous. They were very careful with my furniture. I will definitely use this moving company again.

Fast, easy and friendly service on booth phone and in person. They moved a adjustable bed for us that is 330 pounds in a snap.

The movers were courteous and professional. Very friendly and efficient. My belongings were well protected and unharmed. A bit pricey though. They moved me from a one bedroom upstairs to a two bedroom downstairs. They took furniture apart and put it back together. Went smoothly.

Moved from 2 Bed/2 Bath 1st Floor Apt to 3 Bed/2 Bath House across the DFW metroplex. Billy was professional and courteous over the phone. I previously reviewed website. He quoted a price and scheduled me in the same week. Movers were nice but deceptive. Was told they only accept cash even though I was told earlier otherwise. Movers mentioned an additional fee that was not earlier disclosed. When movers decided to accept credit card, I was charged for credit card procession. No damages to furniture.

I typically don't write reviews but this experience called for one. I have moved several times over the last 10 years. I typically use Apple movers or someone similar. This time I decided to use Around the Clock movers. I live in a one bedroom apartment and was moving my belongings to a storage unit 2 miles away. I do not have a washer/dryer, refrigerator, or anything extremely heavy minus a 6- drawer dresser. It took them from 9am-roughly 3pm to move me. A job that has taken other companies 3 hours or less to do. I would hate to think how long it would take them to move a 4 bedroom house. This company charges hourly and they take their time to move you. I called the owner midway through the move because it was taking so long. He did take off 30 mins from the move. The total cost of a one bedroom apartment move cost $425 and that included a discount. I just bought a new cherry wood stand up mirror with an attached jewelry box which is now all scratched up. My industrial style shoe rack is broken. I have yet to even check out my other belongings since I had them move all of my things into a storage unit since I will be overseas for the next several months. I did take the $31 insurance out at the beginning of the move and nothing came from that either. I will not use this company again nor will I recommend them to anyone. You are better off using apple or another company. Apple charges by every item they move and I was quoted at $300. I regret not going with them now. Overall, the experience and move was less than satisfactory.

We moved and stored our belongings with Around The Clock Movers at their storage facility while our house was being built and 3 months later when things were in order and ready to be moved to the new location I was very impressed to see that everything was still padded and wrapped without any damages. Definitely impressed with the whole experience all the way down to every bit of information being relayed accurately. Thanks again guys for all the help!!

There are so many moving companies to choose from these days but after a lot of researching and pricing I decided to use Around The Clock Movers. I requested a quote from their website and I received an immediate response. They were polite and appeared very experienced. I just want to say thank you to all the workers that made this move easier on me and my family.
