Furniture is nice and prices are good but customer service is abysmal. We are still waiting on a delivery that was supposed to happen almost 4 weeks ago. We received part of our order but they brought the wrong mattress and didn't show up until midnight - weren't gone until 4 in the morning. When they were supposed to bring the right mattress, I called bc it was already am hour late and we weren't even on the schedule. And now we are still waiting on the rest of our stuff and at 3:00 in the afternoon no one answers the phone and there is no voicemail. Do not shop here if you care about customer service.

Not really happy with the owners promising a delivery time and not keeping their word. Didn't greet me when I walked in-still waiting on furniture, they had no intention on delivering on time. Good price but Customer Service needs major improvement.

i dont recommend this furniture warehouse its the worst....its taken so long to get all of my furniture and i still have not received it all and they still dont know when its coming in
