A Ritz & Co Insurance

I was involved in an accident with with one of A-Ritz insurers. I called the agent Michael Hall and was put on hold every time I called. This is the worst insurance company have seen in my life. I called the the Texas Department of Insurance to make a complaint. When we came a claim numer it was to another accident. He did not brother make a claim on my accident. We I think was very rude of him. So if you are every considering insurance please skip this place. It does not deserve a star. But I had to put one down for it accept my statement.
