Many reasons why I did like this company and would hire them next time around. 1). I requested an in-house estimate instead of on-line quotes and they granted it and got in our place an two hours after the request. 2). They always document in writing everything that were included in our move so there will be no confusion on both parties when everything is on its way, 3) They have ranges of options on packages to choose from (depends on how much you can afford). 4) They were good communicating to the client, they will inform you a day and an hour away from both the pick up and delivery dates. 5) They were good workers polite, easy to deal with, and fast.

I worked for a small company that needs to move locally and immediately. I was given the task to to hire a moving company to move us into a new and larger office space.I checked on several moving companies and out of all the ones that came higher quality than the others was 24 hours moving company(based on the hierarchy of their packages and the inclusive on each). Cindy was the representative whom I talked to and she went the extra step and explained detail by detail the entire moving process. She gave me suggestions on packing and organizing the shipment, which definitely made the move go much easier. When the move day came, they were thirty minutes early and they moved us(twenty-five employee office) to a bigger venue. In generalization, the people of 24 hours moving were professional and very careful.. Definitely a one of the best we've ever used. Great job guys.

The representative who assisted me gave me a very reasonable price on my move and I was smiling in happiness when I found out that the insurance was already covered in the price of the move at no additional charge.Although my move went as good as I expected I am just so happy that they include insurance on every move they do. They were an absolute good example of a good moving company. I would definitely refer them to my friends.

24 hours moving inc moved me and were extremely happy with the way they handled our move. When they arrived in the apartment it was unexpected that three more renters were moving out that day and there is only one way up and one way down. Instead of scrambling with the others they worked together very well with the others that they don;t interfere each others work. They took a lot longer since they wait for others to get down before they can take mine down but I am a very happy customer that even though I am in the second floor they managed to load my items good in their truck and delivered it without any damage at all. I will never use another moving company when I move again but will immediately call 24 hours moving again.

Looking for a moving company that can give you a good service backed up with fair price, I do think 24 hours movign inc is the best company for you. From the talk to a representative you will know they are very professional. We gave the source and destination location during the inquiry and they searched it by map to see the actual location. The source location is a one floor house, so no problem with charges, but the destination condo is in the second floor. Extra charges for stairs was estimated to be incurred. Although we've been charged extra they are still the better in pricing compared to others. The driver picking up my items asked me if its okay to arrive thirty minutes earlier.That's unusual for me, but its better for me, so they end up earlier. They even helped to pack the last few items that I hadn't finished before they arrived. The same guys unloaded all my

things and even after a long day they still had smiles on their faces. They worked hard and did an amazing job. The best part was the price in

the end was pretty close to what they originally estimated even with additional boxes and table. Good company, good move and good service all

around!

In my thoughts I am afraid that my expensive belongings go to waste when they get damage.Glass hutches, stuffed animal collection a large piano, human anatomy collections inside a glass panel are some of the sensitive and expensive items that I am bringing. I own an oddities shop in San Francisco and eventually got some stuffs down in Dallas area. So I hired a moving company to ship it for me. They took good care of the items by padding it and wrapping in cushioned blanket then putting it in crates. I paid some money for it so it ships safely and I never regret doing that when all of the oddities I shipped was delivered in perfect condition.Movers were very knowledgeable and gave me some great tips, which also helped me to save some money.

Their customer service/sales agents were polite and never let me down. They managed my move with less effort but with great efficiency and responsibility. Movers were professionally experienced and skilled. For sure this tasks was been done too many times before because they truly know what to do and how to do it perfectly. After the quick completion of the move I checked the office inventory and as expected did not find a reason to feel undone. Thanks a lot guys for service to the max. :-)

What do you want when you move from one place to another?...of course have a smooth and hassle free move. Well, i can't do it myself and i need help, so i looked for a moving company. I searched Google and talked to a lot of Companies, but it made me so frustrated. They can't give me a good deal until my co-worker told me about 24 hours moving inc. He moved his mom through this company and everything end up very smooth. Next day i found myself calling the company, Mike is my agent and he is quite impressive salesman. He gave me a good deal and we scheduled pickup. The next day the pick-up guys came in ready to load all my belongings. Its amazing how tight they wrapped my big furniture and my electronic devices plus they stuff it with pads too. The delivery guys came in a week after as per my request, and i am happy this move didn't gave me headaches. I actually forgot that I have left my wallet with money in one of the dresser. The guys are so honest they gave the wallet back with the contents still in tact. That's too rare nowadays. That's why i love this company.

I am an elderly woman just recently moved to Apple Valley, CA from Dallas, Texas. I already sent a message via text message to the driver who delivered my items to thank him for the patience and a very professional treatment and service to me and my fiancee. Yes, I am engaged and the time they delivered our items he is having a bad day and been bad to the guys. Although he is like that they still gave them the respect and never seen any discomfort on his attitude. I am left out within the last of my penny that day and I haven't had a chance to give him a tip. From the bottom of my heart thank you so much and may GOD give you more blessings.

I have so much goosebumps when you say moving. So as much as possible I don't want to move anywhere. I thought I will stay in Denton forever but i found out I am not happy with my job and the company i work with.So after months of looking I found a job out of state that can triple the salary I am currently making. I called them, Sindy is the sweet lady i talked to and she gave me a fair price that covers everything (full service).Came the pickup day and they were so potentially professional, honest fast and courteous people. They did exactly what they said they would. They delivered it on time. Although it took them sometime to find some missing part of one table they finished the job and assembled everything carefully. I needed to move just this month and I am in a very tight budget as well as in time constraint. I had a very limited budget and I had to get the job done as soon as possible. I immediately asked for quotes from a moving website and I eyed for 3 movers (that included 24 hours moving inc). I called the three company and I chose 24 hours moving inc since they gave the cheapest price. It was a good move for me because 24 hours moving delivered more than what I was expecting and they were fast like anything. Most importantly they managed to execute the move without even a single little mistake and they did charge me well within my budget. I will surely recommend them to others.

I have a lot of questions regarding moving. I am a super detailed person and I apply it on my everyday life. A week ago, for the first time I need to move out of Texas, I was been picked by my employer to handle the new branch of brand distribution company in Salt Lake City. This is a one time oppurtunity that I need to grab on eventhough I don't want to leave my hometown. I nedd to move to Utah with my wife and 2 young children. I found one company that fits all my requirements. The quality, professionalism and price(i searched online and saw some good testimonials), 24 hours moving inc is the company to mention. I called them and asked in details evrything about how they move. the operator even checked the address location to make sure that she can inform me if an additional charge will be incurred (like extra flight of stairs, place where semi won't fit and they need to haul a smaller truck). Luckily our house is one story and is close to the road. After a long talk, we finally agreed with a good price.



The movers arrived on time and did a great job at getting everything loaded pretty quickly. We thought it would take longer but we were able to leave earlier than expected. They were a little bit earlier when they delivered. We are still an hour away from the new house when they arrived. I gave them a go to start unloading since I gave them an extra key(just in case). When we arrived they were halfway done. Fast and accurate I may say. I don't think we will be moving again any time soon, but will definitely use the company again, mostly because timing is everything and they were keeping up with our schedule to a higher level.

One of the rare outstanding move I've had. My praises to the guys who made my move possible, from the sales agent named Mike to their pick up guy headed by Roy and the one who delivered it Joseph. I never felt that I am in the middle of a move. Movers were very reliable , efficient and coordinated! I got charged additionally yes, but I am fine with it. They gave the best they can offer and I wouldn't mind getting charged for additional steps of stairs. Nothing unwanted or unpleasant occurred. To sum it up, I just want to say that 24 hours moving inc. did an outstanding job for us within a very affordable amount. I never expected the good service for the price range i got. I just wanted to keep using this people. They are such a good vibes. Keep it up guys

My items were delivered today, which is earlier than the scheduled delivery date. Its been a very pleasurable thing because of the professionalism the people showed from the salespeople, to pick up guys, to delivery places. (this was badly lacking in my earlier mover). 24 hours moving inc. won my confidence by NOT asking for all the money up front (which I am always wary) and gave me a guaranteed delivery date for a small additional charge. Your rate for such professional service was competitive as well. I don’t have to look twice before I choose 24 hours moving inc. as my mover for future relocation needs.

It was such a headache for me doing my move to Michigan City, IN but made so easy by 24 hours moving inc. I wanted to thank the team for their good job on helping me start a new life on a new place. My house furniture/paintings that needs to be in New Jersey within a week was pretty on expensive side, mostly its a long generation antique collections, so I wanted to make sure it got there safe and sound. I got 24 hours moving to do the moving, Not over expensive either, actually cheaper than any other moving company I could find. They took care of wrapping everything in blankets and bubble wraps, When i saw how they packed it, I was relieved. Since I am in a bit of time constraint, I asked them to deliver the items as much as possible within a week, even if i need to pay extra. Luckily, i wasn't charged extra and my precious belongings came in a day earlier and well, my items came in pretty good condition. Lucky for the delivery personnel i gave a big tip for their awesome service. Thumbs up for a job well done.

My work wants me to move immediately to a new location and had very little time to find a mover.I looked up online and inquired to a lot of companies around Dallas area. Yes most of them are polite when you talk to them but the estimates that appealed to me the most is from 24 Hours moving Inc. Mike, gave me a good deal on the estimates and the next day they were already in my loft packing all my belongings. My stuffs on the estimate cost $1987 and got to pay $2117.59 actual. I love how they handled all the items i have especially the electronic devices i use for work. I told them how much i value those and that's my bread and butter. Well, as generally speaking they made a good job on the delivery and i am totally satisfied on how my items looked before and after. No difference at all. They totally gave a professional service that I rarely see on previous move I done. Good job guys!...Here's a 5 star for your awesome service. :-)

I contacted 24 hours moving to move me from Denton, Texas to Salt Lake City, Utah. I am a computer engineer so i move from place to place as per my contractual job requires. Prior to this move i have bad experiences with other moving companies, Since talking to Cendy their Sales person, i got settled and hope that my move will be good this time. I never regret hiring them for my move. The people both in the office and in the field are very polite. The driver have good experience and very professional. They even maneuver the semi with trailer to fit in our apartment complex. If you want a good moving company and less hassle service, Hire 24 Hours Moving, YOU WONT REGRET IT!
