These guys have awesome inventory every time I call about a part they always have what I need and their prices are always lower than I can find anywhere else. Their office is very helpful.

Called about a part they said yes they had it after couple hours called me and ask where it was located on the car I told them they called back still couldn't find then nothing so called the next morning to find out if they found it they said no and that they had called me which they didn't why if you don't have something not just tell somebody instead of dragging it out

SENT US A LEXUS MIRROR 2/26/2015, HAD A BAD GLASS IN MIRROR, CALLED AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD WORK WITH US TO USED OUR GLASS FROM OLD MIRROR, CHANGED GLASS AND POWER FOLD WOULD NOT WORK. GOT POWER FOLD TO WORK AFTER LUBRICATION AND 1 HOUR OF WORK. CALLED BACK TO GET $50.00 CREDIT WE PAID MECHANIC EXTRA. AND AFTER THEY SAID THEY WOULD WORK WITH US ON REPAIRING THE MIRROR, THEY WOULD NOT GIVE A REFUND OF $50.00 AND OFFERED ONLY A IN STORE CREDIT ON NEXT ITEM WE BOUGHT WERE IN MICHIGAN... THAT WON'T HAPPEN.
