The doctor that worked on me physically smacked my hand away when I raised it to ask her to stop because she was hurting me. Then she had the audacity to be rude to me after I asked her to stop leaning all her weight onto the hand that rested on my face. She pushed so hard against me that my teeth punctured my lip and bled, and all she said was “what do you want me to do about it” such a rude woman. Will not return. I hope she is never so rude to another human. Disrespectful doctor but lovely staff worked around her negativity which was appreciated. Even her assistant acknowledged that she was being unnecessarily rough and aggressive towards me. So unprofessional.
Dr. John and Dr. Tina are wonderful dentists. We had a great experience every step of the way. Ms.Phyllis greeted us with a smile and was very inviting. We felt very comfortable. We will definitely be going back.
