Jade Bamboo Chinese Restaurant

Horrible delivery and customer service!!! I have been ordering and going to Jade Bamboo since I moved to our house 9 1/2 years ago and we go there on such a regular basis our regular waiter knows our order before we even sit down. However tonight, by far was the worse service ever. When I called to order, I explained to the young lady that I wanted the "Special Wonton" soup, I explained to what the soup was several times and she insisted it was another soup I wanted. When the order arrive to the house, IT WAS THE WRONG SOUP!!!! I called back and to let them know. The young man seem very nice and agreed to send a driver right away with the right soup and agreed to refund the difference. I waited and waited, and after 30mins still no soup or refund. I called back and spoke to the same young man. This time he told me that they got busy and it would be maybe another 10mins until they may be able to send a driver. When I tried to tell the young man that this was no way to treat a long time customer, it didn't seem to bother him in the slightest and told me "well the most I can give you is 15% off your meal". This is absolutely no way to treat customers!!!! I will no longer be going and/or ordering from Jade Bamboo. If this is the way they treat their long time customers, then I will take our business elsewhere.

I have NOT had this place until today terrible food I have thrown up three times already and could not eat the rest of the food could not get a refund all the food was disgusting I am so disgusted by all of this & the guy demanded a tip from me the service and food are terrible NOBODY SHOULD GO HERE

Great food and awesome people. Ate.there for years very honorable people. Had a death in the family and they were so good to me. I love Kathy there.

Are you kidding me? Mediocre buffet food. Last time we went they crammed us into a booth with 4 adults a child and baby in a car seat. (Even though they could have pushed two tables together) we ordered wine and beer which came out after we got our meal. Forgot the eggrolls on our dinner plates and when they finally brought them out after telling two people, plate of grease came out with them. Delivery is fast but always forgets the eggrolls.

Jade Bamboo serves high quality Chinese Food at an affordable price. I have been there a number of times and have never been disappointed with any dish that I or my dinner companions have tried. A great place to go!

The food is flavorful, freshly made and made to a fine detail on its completeness and satisfaction to eating. It was ordered with excellent, not easy to find good customer service for a medium sized restaurant. The food was and is truly satisfying for what it is. A wonderful Chinese meal to relax and enjoy!

The restraunt was a bit too small to house as many people as, say, Chili's, but the atmosphere was cozy and comfortable. The wait staff was friendly and didn't hover over the other patrons and myself, yet they were there right when you needed them. My friends and I enjoyed a very delicious chicken lo mein with plenty of perfectly fried rice and crispy crab rangoons. The food was all so good and my mouth waters just thinking of it.

Not only are they a cute little restaurant right next to a Krogers, but they also deliver right to your door! The food is always fresh and warm and you get an acurate ETA from whomever takes your phone call. Most food arrives within half an hour, and they let you know if it will take longer while you're placing an order.
