This Baja Fresh is in the parking lot of Costco and is actually located in Cypress. It is the best Baja Fresh I have ever eaten at. The staff is friendly and helpful. When you order they ask if you want chips, and they are not stingy with them at all. Their salsa bar is always clean and well-stocked, and includes a fruit salsa too. The fruit salsa is usually mango or pineapple. Their other salsas range from mild to hot and there is always a good selection. You can have grilled or fried fish tacos, their burritos are huge, and they have great salads too. If you buy their large drink cup, refills are cheap every time you bring it back.
