Studio 1 Eleven

This was my first and last salon trip. While everyone there was perfectly friendly and nice, the majority of the time that my hair was being dyed and highlighted was spent with the owner telling me to recommend her to my friends, neighbors, family and coworkers. No less than 8 times was I told to recommend her. Getting my hair washed with the dye? I had literal bruises on my neck, and I can't even explain how rough she was on combing and washing my hair. My scalp is far from sensitive and I've got a pretty high pain tolerance. Then once my hair had been washed she proceeded to hand me a hair dryer and told me to dry it myself because she had to make some calls. I was pretty shocked by the whole thing, but tipped her well since she'd taken a lot of time on my hair. Sadly when I got home (since I left the studio with it wet, given I just wanted to get OUT of there) and it dried I saw that the highlights looked unbelievably trashy! She'd started the blonde highlights on dark brown hair, literally 2 inches AWAY from my scalp. If I'd wanted to look unprofessional at work, as if I'd not dyed my hair in MONTHS I'd have done so myself, not paid $85 + tip to get it done. She basically dyed roots onto my head (they weren't my roots, she dyed them there...) and then sent me home with wet hair. The only good thing I can say about this place was the price, but go elsewhere....I tried calling to ask if it could be fixed so that I wouldn't look unprofessional and she dodged my calls for over a day, then called back and could fit me in a few days later. NO customer service follow up. I literally (due to not being able to go to work like that...that was how bad it was to the point it was mentioned at work) had to fix the roots she'd dyed onto my head myself. Never. Again.

The nail technician made my two friends bleed from their cuticles. Crappy service, the lady was rude. Kept telling my friend that her interest in men were disgusting. Put her down a lot with things of that matter. Afterwards my nails looked horrible, my boyfriend who has paid in the past for my manicures said it was the most horrible job he has ever seen. Which he would know because his mom is a beautician. Do not go there for a manicure. They didn't even massage our hands or anything. My boyfriend said that next time I should just paint my own nails.

I moved from Texas and went to several places to find a good hair stylist and was very dissatisfied until I found Studio 1-eleven. Olivia is fantastic and I would recommend this Salon. The owner is so nice, she even came and introduced herself to me and gave me a tour... Definitely worth the 25 min drive to Cuyahoga Falls. As for the prices I have never spent under 120.00 anywhere except here. Their

prices are great and staff is super friendly.

Amazing people and the same loving owner upgraded and changes the name and look with flying colors and grace!

I have always felt like family there.

I am sorry But this place is very over priced They think by changing the name people will come in. This owner changes her prices way to much and sorry the girls that work here should go back to school! There is one girl who can do hair and she needs to leave and yes i have told her this. The owner has no clue on how to run a salon. I will never go back nor will my girlfriends we r going to MC up the road they are cheaper and know what they are doing. When I go get my hair done The last thing I need to hear is people talking bad about eachother as soon as they leave the room. I work at a office and hear it all day I want to come and get my hair done in peace. I am not the only one that feels this way but they have changed the name I see so people dont read the reviews, So if you go in good luck!!

i took my 12 year old daughter to get her hair done for a dance today and she loved it!!!! the whole salon was so sweet to her.... I over hear another lady that just got her hair done say she felt Pretty... that says alot cuz from what i got it was a new customer... my child has been going there for abt a year and she tells me one of her teachers go there to get her hair done too..... thanks everyone at Salon head 2 toe!!!! :0)
