Pasteur Medical Center

Terrible clinic, My mother was scheduled for an appt. at Mount sinia Medical on Miami Beach when she live by Cultler Bay, she requsted for a closer hospital but they stated that they did not have one. Their transportation would pick her up at 6:00 in the morning and she would have to stay there until they are done with the rest of the patints which would probably be at about 4:00 or 5:00 pm. I Took the day off from work to take her. When they called her in to get proceedure done, they were not able to do proceedure because they had given her the wrong preperation order and had to reschedule with correct proceedures. When I called the specialist they stated that her pcp was the one who had to give her the orders. I called the clinic and complaint. Left messages and have not heard back from them. They just give you the run around and no one wants to take responsibility. It is scarely if they can't get something as simple as this what happens with more critically issues.
