I have been a customer for 3 years after purchasing a home they already serviced. I purchased their yearly maintenance programs and have used them for repair as well. Late last year I asked the to come out and give me a quote on moving my outdoor units as I was planning on a home improvement project that required this to be done. All good , now that I was ready to actually do the work they told me they needed to send out a tech for risk assessment of the older unit, the tech told me the previous quote was super cheap, including electrical and the concrete pad, he thought it was around $2000, well he and I both looked at the previous estimate and it was $1200. So he was even more surprised on how cheap it was and was concerned so he asked me to follow up with the headquarters and they should have to honor it. After 2 weeks of getting the run around,calling in , being told the manager had to talk to me , and she was on "conference calls" apparently every time I called, it was obvious to me that they were too busy ripping people off and they didnt to honor the fair estimate. I even offered to pour my own concrete slab to help but they ignored me and never called back. The work is now done , completed by another AC company which installed my neighbors new ac system for $1250 no issues, they used less materials than expected and have been wonderful so far. I am completely disappointed on how a reputable company will not honor a written estimate and completely ignore a paying customer . I cant do 0 stars on this review otherwise I would.

I purchased a central ac unit from this company and I have not been disappointed. They have been on time, their service is great and they have excellent follow-up. There were no issues with the price, installation, and now twice a year maintenance. Each time I am more impressed. Today, Raymond R. came to do routine maintenance, he was on time, cleaned up after himself and kept me informed about my ac unit. When it is time to get a new ac, I will not hesitate to call this company. Very professional!

Way over priced on repairs. Don't bother calling them. After calling them late on a Sunday night, I received a call the next morning that they would be here on Labor Day Monday, at no special charge, since they were running as a regular day. In the mean time, after diagnosing the unit on my own, I found it needed a simple replacement of a Capacitor. I had the unit apart and ready to replace, when the technician showed up.

I showed him the bad Capacitor, he went to the truck, had one there, then called his office from his van. He then told me I had to pay $300.00!!!! to replace a capacitor that cost less than $40.00 RETAIL!!! They were charging me $239.00 for the Capacitor and $60.00 to install. Unfortunately, my wife said to get it done as she snd the kids were miserable from the heat. It took him all of 5 minutes to replace the Capacitor and close up the outside unit, that I had already opened for him, prior to his arrival.

Stay away!!! That is an outrageous price and I know that the only reason they charged me that much, was because I knew exactly what the problem was, and they had to inflate the price of the component, to compensate for such a small job.

I called air on demand at 11pm saturday night left message on voice mail got a call back about 11:20pm explained to service tech what was going and that I need service ASAP for medical problem he said that someone will be at my home by 12:45 and at about 12:40am a service tech was here we found that I did not have my thermostat set right and he turned it on for me showed me what I had done wrong and he only charged me $59 It's so good to know a honest company still exist...... I will send you all of my friend and family Thank you so much. The service tech was Jorge Rodriguez

I called Air on Demnad because I need my air conditioner to be fix. My unit is 6 years old. The service man arrived at my house very nice and plesant. He introduced himself as Todd. 20 minutes into the service he calls me and shows me the coil he said it is all dirty and needs to be cleaned that he could do it right now for $489.00 and he kept on insisting to do it now that he will be to busy to come back at a later time. I find that odd because that coil was cleaned march by another company and was left spotless. I refused to have the coil cleaned and gave him his service call fee of $59.00 as he was going out the door I called the company that cleaned the coil to come back and check it again so i could be sure of what Todd from Air on Demand said was true. The pother company came the next day and checked it an indeed the coil is spotless. I will never call Air on Demand again nor will i refer them to any one> I am all filing a formal complaint to the BBB and the state of florida.

Air On Demand's sales person Billy was very knowledgeable, professional, punctual and courteous. The crew that installed my new system was of the same caliber, it was so nice to have a company do what they said they would, my entire job went exactly as they said it would. I am very happy with my new air conditioner and will recommend Air On Demand to my friends and family!

They installed a new Trane xl 19i almost 2 years ago. I had a problem not to long ago that my system was leaking water. So I called Air On Demand. I was recommend by a co-worker to them. That was one of the worse choices that I ever made. Some bold technician comes to my house and looks at the system and starts to say that I need to replace some valve and a outside motor and my themostat which all those thing were working well. He wasnt here no more than 20 minutes. But he stated that I had extended warranty and it wasnt going to cost me a dime. I dont know a thing about air conditioning. So I went with his word. They came back a few days later and replaced everything but a few days later I had the same problem. So I now was second guessing what they did was it really needed. I call another company and they came out and found that the problem was a backed up drain line. This gentlemen from Weather makers came out and cleared my drain line and got under my house to check the line and found a sag on the line that was cuasing the backup. I have contacted Trane customer service to complaint about Air On Demand and what they did to me. I am also going to post it on Angies list and pass it around to friends and family not to even think about calling Air On Demand that will be the worse thing they can do.They will rob you blind.

This does not sound like our company at all, in our goal for COMPLETE customer satisfaction we follow up with ALL of our new equipment installations and service calls with both telephone calls and written customer satisfaction surveys. Of course no one is perfect, so if we do get a bad survey we always follow up with the customer to find out what we did wrong and see how we can fix it. We have not received any comments or bad surveys along this line, so we are not sure who you are but would love to hear from you to know exactly where we went wrong. We have thousands of 100% satisfied customers and would love to hear from you, because we don’t want to have any unsatisfied customers.

Rude from the get-go. Refused to fix my unite, just wanted to replace it. I guess they wanted the $$$? Like I said, never again.

What we do is try to help our customer make the best decision for their situation, by going over all possible options a customer may have whether it be repairs to their existing equipment or if needed replacement of the equipment. We apologize if our technician did not explain to you why we do not recommend expensive repairs on old equipment. With the new EPA government regulations old a/c systems equipped with R22 Freon have been phased out of manufacturing and replaced with new environmentally friendly R410 Freon a/c systems. As a company we do not want to do an injustice to any customers, so when we have a customer who needs expensive repairs on older equipment we usually do make the recommendation to replace the system with a new high efficiency environmentally friendly R410 system. In the long run it will be better for the customer because of the available warranties on new equipment and the money saved in energy bills with a high efficiency system. Again, we apologize if our technician did not explain the pros and cons of a repair versus a replacement. We are not sure who you are but would love to hear from you. Remarkable Service it not a thing of the past

Here i am home on saturday morning, which is my favorite day of the weekend, only to find out at 830am this morning my a/c will not turn on. I go outside to look at it and it smells like a fire or something is burnt, My wife works nights as a homestead police officer and i work days, so i know she will be home soon at 11am so i need to take care of the is problem fast. I call 3 companies in the yellow pages, first comapny tells me it sounds like i need a new system and without even coming to look at it he tells me $3450. Forget that one, next one tells me he can come but it will be tuedsday because it is labor day weekend. I NEED AIR NOW BUDDY! Third company tells me "We will be there between 9-10am this morning" Like music to my ears. Air OnDemand air conditionings came exactly at the time, 9:10am. No waiting all day, an appointment how professional is that for service work. Within a hour and a half about 10:45 or so i had a new fan motor and blade installed and it cost me under $700 bucks. Air on demand went above and beyond my expectations. I even joined their maintenance program called the Comfort-Club. for only $119.00 i am always guranteed same day service and i get 20% all my repairs, 5% off any new equipment, and 2 free visits a year to do a check up so i never have to worry about my air conditioning breaking down over a weekend again. Air on Demand gave me peace of mind at an affordable price. Their trucks say "remarkable service", and you know what, that is what they provide. Thank you Air onDemand for keeping me and my wife cooling this summer. I will tell all my friends, that i got a "Sweet Deal".

Thank you for keeping me and my family Cool!

I am single father of 2 trying to survive in Miami. When i got home one night i found my air conditioning was nto working at all and water all over my kids room which is right next to the air conditioning unit. I called several companies but the only one that came at almost 9 o'clock on a saturday was Air on demand. The most fast and professional company i have ever dealt with. I went to sleep that night with my air conditioning working. Thank you Air on demand for keeping me and my family cool! that was very.. cool!
