        They go out their way for their custmers no matter how busy they are. They treat you like family instead of a #. When you call in they speak to you very respectful & well mannered.

        my great experience at birdsalls

        I use the pharmacy and store. They are great, family people and the pharmacy excels. Generics are cheaper price, they know all the medicaid tricks and know you by name. Fast service and they were generous enough to eat the cost (~100 $) so that it can bring the total script cost down for chs Insurance to pay gor the script. What a christmas miracle. Ill never go to another pharmacy again. CVS WALMART CLINIC and rite aid have nothing on birdsalls when it comes to politeness, efficiency, knowledge and price. Try them, you'll love them

        Bad Business on the Bayou

        My husband and I went to Birdsalls last week for a watch battery and instead we got an attitude. It was a disappointing expierence (2nd time we've had problems). We get our pharmaceuticals there. 2 days later I went into the Bayou Side Flea Market up the road and got my battery changed and sold my gold for top dollar!!! I guess being a good pharmacy doesnt necessarily make you a good jeweler. Stick to selling asprin guys!
