Well, we are going through the exact same thing as the two previous reviews. TERRIBLE company. To say they have poor customer service is being too kind....they have NO customer service. My mother ordered a ring for me for my birthday (12/30) and once her order was paid for, the communication ended. My mom and I have both been trying to talk to someone either via phone or email with no success. The sad part is that the whole reason I asked for this specific ring, from this specific company is because years ago my mom purchased a ring from them for my birthday and was extremely pleased with the promptness of the order. We received it in 3 days! Learned our lesson. Do not let the same thing happen to you. There are PLENTY of other companies that have the same product...give your business to them. I know we will from now on. And we will also be sure that everyone we know does not ever purchase anything from the Silver Goose again! ***I would give this business NO stars, but in order to post the review, a star rating of some sort is required. MY STAR RATING IS ZERO!****

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! This company does not understand the meaning of customer service. I placed my order on the 23rd of June. I received a order summary. After that, no further communication. My order was a birthday gift. What the website does not tell you is the order wait time. I called, emailed, and left voice mails with no response. I finally received my order on July 20th, which I needed on thru 11th. I ordered two silver engraved bracelets. One had scratches on the face plate. On the other, the monogram was not centered and there was a noticeable blemish and chunk missing from the face. I tried called and no response again. I mailed my order back, because I didn't know what else to do at this point. That was two weeks ago and I have yet to see a refund or receive any type of communication. Just pathetic.

Overall

Called and emailed this company for TWO weeks about an order...no response! After 3 weeks, they emailed to let me know my order was shipping. Apparently they don't know what customer service is.
