I had the pleasure of dining tonight at Gausthaus Tirol

I had the special tonight which was roasted leg of lamb and The food was amazing. The service was impeccable and the prices are very reasonable. It's a small quaint little restaurant located on Highway nine near Buford dam road

This place is the best German restaurant outside of Europe. It's small a quaint. It has a "going to Grandma's" feel to it. The food is the best! Great beer selection. The Biergarten is small but nice. Chef Reinhold Weger is a genius and a wonderful person! The servers are knowledgeable and personable. They greet their customers like old friends! There is nothing on the menu that I will not eat! From the saurkraut to the spatzle. The desserts are out of this world if you have room after your meal! I recommend the Gasthaus to everyone!
