Recommended this company by a neighbor. Came out a few days after I called, took 10 min to look at my dishwasher and said it was the door seal, even though water was coming out the right side. Waited over a month for the part. Came back to install which took just a few minutes, charged me $160 for service and part. As soon as he leaves it starts pouring out water again out the side. Comes back out the next day, realizes it's the drainage hose leaking which has now damaged my cabinet wood. Wait over another month for the drainage hose part to come in. No communication during these waiting games. They finally come back out to replace the drainage hose. Were nice enough to not charge me anything else at this point since they didn't do their job the first time, but then after they leave it starts leaking again; this time out the front vent. From what I read it's from an incorrectly installed drainage hose. So sick of dealing with this company that I just purchase a new dishwasher.

I called about my failing clothes dryer, and based on the description, I was given appreciated valued advice... (due to age of machine, best to replace rather than fix). I appreciate that they didn't waste my time/money on a service call that was not needed.

This is a family owned business that I just can completely depend on. They actually care about their customers and how much money they are having to spend. They try to save their customers money; they provide excellent service. Their techs are literally on call 24-7; you cannot beat that service. I have their magnet on the fridge, so if anything goes wrong, I can just pick up the phone no matter what day, time, week, or season. I love that sense of security. Plus the people are just great from the techs all the way up the chain.

This is an incredible company. I use them both for my HVAC needs and my appliance needs. It makes it easy when I have most problems around the house, I know that I can call one number and know that the problem will be fixed.



These people are very professional and educated and always do a fabulous job at my home.
