        Used 3 other dealers but never Discount Tire. My mechanic said they had good prices and were "straight shooters." He was right. Knowledgeable and respectful rep provided good advice with no bull. Did not try to up-sell or pitch add-on's like alignment or brake rotors. 2 of 3 previous dealers said my rotors were worn beyond spec and had to be replaced. I knew that was not true and asked to see the micrometer reading which they both declined. The Discount Tire rep did not mention new rotors and said the tire wear pattern indicated I probably did not need an alignment. I watched the techs and was impressed. Quick and careful and did not damage the wheels at all. To my surprise, they did not blast the wheel nuts with the impact wrench set to max like most others do. Instead, they mounted the wheels with a 60 foot pound setting and then another tech used a torque wrench to hand tighten the nuts to factory specs. The wheel balance was also top quality. These guys are pros and treat their customers right.
