Allegiance Sanitation

I have worked with Allegiance Sanitation for over 15 years and have found them to be a very dependable responsive trash collection company. Without question I would recommend their serves to any individual or commercial establishment.

Nope! Avoid at all costs! Look them up on BBB as well and you'll see it's systemic of them. Simply put, they lack serious customer service skills and IF they arrived on time to take your trash, you'd be considered a lucky one. Typically, they picked mine up two days late. Always had excuses why they weren't there to get it. Flat tire etc... please!

To sum it up, if you want a picture of what the owner is like, here is his response to me when I emailed asking where my cans were after a 2 week vacation. (They just took them without notice) Here is the owner's reply and it SPEAKS VOLUMES! (Not even a courtesy call or a man to man conversation) This man is quite the piece of work if you look him up. AVOID THESE BOZOS AT ALL COSTS!!! I gotta let the city of John's Creek know about who they are referring.

Allegiance is never prompt. They tell you to leave your trash out all day and they come anytime between 7am and 8pm. Yes that late. When asked why they came at 7 instead of the typical 4pm time frame they gave me attitude and said oh well we come whenever we want not when you want. Worst service ever. Go with another company.
