I have gone to Fant's a few times and each time has gotten worse. The most recent time I asked about getting a State Inspection and the owner laughed at me. He said I would have to make an appointment (when I have called he said they don't do appointments for inspections). He went on to say that I should know that it is was the end of the month so everyone was coming to get inspections. Then he said that it was lunch time. He continued that he didn't have room for 4 people in his waiting room (my 3 kids and I) for 4 hours and to come back at 2pm. It was 12:30pm, so that isn't 4 hours and when I mentioned it he said it was 11:45am. Umm, ok. I think he has completely lost his mind and has no business working on cars when he can't tell time or speak respectfully to customers. No business from my husband or myself ever again and I will make sure to let everyone I know stay away. Customer service is actually important and the owner is rude and has taught his employees to be the same.

I broke down Friday night after hours. The tow service responded promptly and was courteous. Tim Fants was professional, fair, and quick. We were back on the road earlier than expected on Monday. Great guys with expertise.

Went there and they were unprofessional and failed the car for reasons that shouldn't had been. When taken to a professional place they fixed the issues at hand that were actually wrong but the other issues that fants said were a problem, well there wasn't one. They said not to go back to them that they really went downhill and have no idea what they are doing. Do not take your car there.

Took my car in for a state inspection at 10am. By 4:30pm, I had gotten no call back. Went to check on my car and it had failed, and when I asked why I had never gotten a call the answer was "well we've been busy." No apology or sympathy offered. They are extremely unprofessional and rude, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I'm not sure why we couldn't get in touch with you but I'm sure we tried. The inspection business is often time real busy at the end and beginning of the month. I'm sorry you were not pleased with our service.
