Mr Plumber

Highly dissatisfied! We had sewage smell coming from the right back corner of toiliet. Simple fix you would think, the seal correct? They replaced the seal however it continued to smell. I called to inform them the smell was still there and it had to becoming from underneath the toiliet. Adam, the owner of the company assured me he was sending the best man he had out to look at it. Well, Nathan the sewage guru, arrived his diagnoses was a dead rat. When he saw that my husband was not falling for it being a dead rat and that my husband was questioning the smell still seeping from toiliet Nathan the most knowledgable man that mr plumber employs assures my husband that it was put down properly. Also, he thinks that we need to add extra vents outside in my flower beds ( can you imagine the smell) and that we should rent a camera to run down our vents. Oh!!! And he was very busy he would try to fit us into his schedule and he was really going to take care of us. Thanksgiving day my husband and I could no longer take the smell. We pulled the commode replaced the seal and strangely enough the smell was gone. We called Adam (the owner) to tell him about the type of service We had received. Strangley, enough he new all about our problem the flange on our commode was hard to seal around. My husband gave Adam, the owner the opportunity to do what was right and refund part of our monies we had spent on subpar work. He opted not to refund any of our money. His choice! I would not recommend any one doing business with this unscrupulous unprofessional organization. They knew all along our commode was not sealed properly and were gearing up to really take advantage of us. Luckily, my husband had enough knowledge to keep them from doing so.

Save yourself a few thousand $$$$. Do it yourself. Dissapointed with quality of work and price. Your brother in law can do as good of a job. It's worth a months pay if you don't.
