Poor bank, we all lost our online banking records, emaile sevearl times no reply, called and was told they are very busy and cannot reply.



What a hole of a bank!

Unbelieveable place. Last week without a single pre-notice to any of their customers, the bank changed their online website and now the all customers lost acess to ALL their banking records before 5-1-2013 - which is practially all customer's records.



I have written the bank twice in the last three days requesting copies of my personal banking transaction history. Their changes makes it so I can no longer acess my banking records - but the bank has yet to reply to any of my emails.



Little does this "joint" know their ignoring will land them in hot water as I am now reporting them into the DFI Wisconsin / Banking Comissioner. I had to do that once with another bank that did practically the same - and the banking comissioner came down on them like a ton of bricks. They sent me a letter of appology and copies of all banking records the half a decade we were there. So I know now don't aks more than twice then reporty them in if you want them to act, the banks otherwise ignore you!



The only reason the bank can no longer have acess the old banking records is they did not pay to have some programmer write a script files (java) to have the databases to communicate. It is a basic computer programming procedure that other banks commonly do but it seems CCSU felt their customers are not worth having access to ther past banking records.



Is this bank really run by such incompetent people? One would think it is common sense to realize customers by law shall have acess to their banking records or they have their bank procedures reviewed by DFI.



Scary my money is still in there but it will not be for long! But the best question will be: what is the bank going to do tell the banking conmissioner why they took away customer's acess to their banking records and then ignore internal emails requesting acess.
