Cudahy PC

In the past, we have used the geek squad but that wasn't an option with the pandemic. I found Cudahy PC with a google search which was close to our home and open. I appreciated Sammy's concern for social distancing and safety precautions. Sammy explains things clearly, is thorough and is professional. He helped with our nine year old large desktop Mac and also my laptop. He is a problem solver and does so expeditiously. He is now my 'go to' person for computer help and he has my highest recommendation!

I have been with Cudahy PC from just after they opened. I have moved to another state and will always use them for my computers. They are the best with computer problems and new computers.

When we had some virus issues with our computer I searched around to get the best price and I found Cudahy PC. Not only did I find a great price, Cudahy PC is right in my City, was very quick in getting my computer fixed and goes above and beyond the call of duty. I now have brought my computer to Cudahy PC mutilple times and have found the customer service outstanding. I have options to bring my computer to my company for free service, but I will be going to Cudahy PC first. Not only have I found a great business in Cudahy I have also found a friend.

About a month ago my 3 yr old, $900 HP computer fried on me, complete black screen. I was told at Best Buy that it was the motherboard and would cost upwards of $400 to repair. HP offered me NO assistance. While price shopping computers, I was told to try Cudahy PC. I am SO glad I did! I explained the problem to the owner and he was able to tell me exactly what was wrong (not the motherboard) and why it burned up. Then he troubleshot my computer for free (!!!) just to be sure it's what he thought. He was 100% completely up front about cost and the chances of his repair attempt working. There was NO CHARGE if the fix didn't work and only $80 if he was successful. It worked! Cudahy PC saved me $400, they were 100% honest, extremely knowledgeable and had my computer back to me in 3 days. I would highly recommend Cudahy PC to everyone.

My email system crashed and I lost all of my Outlook folders, including my address book. Cudahy PC found a recovery program for me and I was able to get back all of my information. They really know their stuff.

I had a problem with my internet in laptop and i took it in at Cudahy pc a few days later i get a call saying that it is finished. i came in picked it up and took it home and internet is good and strong as it was. and did not cost me alot. very reasonabloe prices.
