This was a temporary fix to a larger problem
He was told at the time that it may or may not work and at best it would just buy him some time

The real fix would have cost 6 to 8 times what this band aid cost

We were overjoyed when it worked
the yard was raked and cleaned up
and when presented with the bill Mr. Has the Luxury of being Anonymous (reviews should not be anonymous) said " here is $500 you understand Christmas is coming" without even running the idea of making payments by me!

There I was standing holding $500 to pay for a $1100 pump, a new pressure tank, and a helper not to mention that I had answered an emergency call
Returned with a piece of equipment after diagnosing the problem and installed a pump in a sewage lift station.

Then didn't hear from him for literally months while actively trying to reach him to get paid.

Only after a certified letter with an invoice that reflected a 15% interest charge did I finally
receive payment

Keep in mind a credit card charges 25% or better and they are a bank!
I am a plumber, not a bank

I really do believe the time was more like 2 years that the pump worked and saved him from paying 10 to 15k for a new drain field

I really want to help people and will every chance i get, and sometimes it turns out that I get taken advantage of.

It really is the nature of people

I am very thankful that payment was made in this case many, many times it never is

this guy charged me 250 dollars to snake a line. he was supposed to also supposed fix a leaky sink. however he crawled under the house for no reason and never fixed the sink. my tennants said he was at his truck talking on the phone the majority of the time he was there. dont call these people.
