One star is too high for this taxi service!!! Absolutely horrible service to say the very, least!!! I wouldnt reccomend this taxi service to no one even, in thier worse circumstances!!! Two weeks ago i called this service and the mam who answered the phone acted as if my call was a burden to him and not interested in taking the call and said he was from the arnold location and no cars in the festus location until later in the night to call back after 8pm this was at 4pm. I called back at 8pm and the scheduled with him to be at the festus walmart at 10pm to take me home and he said it will be a minimum $20.00 i said no problem cash in hand. 10:30 goes by i call and the man says yeah? I said someone was supposed to be here at 10 pm? He said yeah well it will be at least am hour and a half midnight before i male it tp ypu i have tp go tp park hills and pick up anpther car because mine broke down!!! I said what, you were not goung to call and let me know? He said No, but, thanks for calling back!!! Theu dpnt eben keep a record name phone number of anyone who calls to schedule a pick up extremely unprofessional at rhe very, least and that really is just too good for this company!!! I called them again tonight two weeks later giving them another chance to male it right maybe a fluke night twp weeks earlier i thought? Called in man acted like i was a nuisamce to his ears, didnt care to take the call and said at 4pm to call back at 9pm so, i did. Scheduled pickup same place festus walmart 10pm he saod he wpuld be there 10:30 pm rolls around no one there? I called and anpther mam amswers the phone and i said someone was supposed to be here at 10pm? The mam said o' i know npthing about it the phones were just switched to me and i am in fenton and have three more runs to do and wont make it for at least another hour and a half!! This mam was also, unapologetic, not his problem, nobody cares additude and they just take calls and show up where they want to and when they want to. This is the most unprofessional taxi service i have ever seen in my lofe and once again they have left me tp walk home 3 miles in the dark not making it home for hours!!! Never, ever, ever trust these people for a ride, they will leave you walking, they wont call you and when you question why they didnt call back and no one shows half hour past rhe time you qere scheduled they become ignorant in nature and unapologetic and act like its not my problem!!! They dont communicate to each other scheduled pick ups, they dont take information down to call back they cut you off on phone while talking and act like they dont want phone calls from paying customers and leave them to walk in the rain after scheduling pick ups!!! Lousy service should be put out of business!!!!

My husband & I have used them a few times & they are always prompt, friendly & professional. The cabs are clean & seem to be well maintained.
