Overall

This place is a joke. I dropped off my mower to get repaired from these "MASTER" lawn mower repair guys to fix a funny noise coming from somewhere in the mower. 2 weeks later I got a call telling me it was ready for pick up. When I got there I asked them what that noise was, and was told he "looked it over" and couldn't figure it out. He said maybe its coming from the muffler or somewhere in the engine. Really? I dropped it off so you can fix it, and these guys couldn't take the time to really dig and fix my mower. So I asked them What did you do to it then FOR $60? They said well we changed the spark plug and the air filter. 2 WEEKS TO CHANGE A SPARK PLUG. I could have did that myself. I dropped it off to fix the noise, these "master" repair guys DIDNT fix it, and charged me $60 for a spark plug. I highly recommend you dont go here for your repair needs, there are others around the area.

Service

These guys are pretty unethical and their service is very slow as well. They took almost three weeks to work on my mower and their slow service is typical. I had taken my Scotts (John Deere) mower to them to be fixed and was charged $255 for service and a malfunctioning carburetor that had the butterfly come apart and send pieces into the combustion chamber causing the engine to race. Upon getting home the engine almost immediately destroyed itself by throwing a rod. They refused any responsibility for the damage despite admitting they failed to take the engine apart to check for damage! They wanted an additional $400 to fix the mower. Avoid these people like the plague unless you like slow service, high charges and incompetent work! If I could give zero stars I would.
