        Overall

        Customer service needs a lot of work. Asked what brand of oil they use, was given the run around (red flag). When I pressed a little further the owner pointed to the door. I asked why, I'm just asking a simple question. He waved bye bye. Looks to me he was hiding something. Hard to trust somebody like that. Customer has the right to know what they are putting in your car.
