Lone Star Rustic Furniture

I just purchased a Cowhide print leather couch & a cowhide rug, the young lady was GREAT, moved table so I could try different hides, GREAT Price on couch too!!

I will no longer do business with this furniture store. The older man that is the salesman is so rude. I wont go into detail but he was rude several times. The last time he was rude.I came in to buy a entertainment center and end table. After he was rude I just left and didnt make my purchase. I will not support people who treat me badly. I would not recommend. Obviously byvthe reviews if this store they should fire the salesman and hire new help.

There is no words to explain the horrible experience I faced trying to buy some furniture there. On 04/12/14 I went to that store and I selected several pieces they had in invcentory. Important to state none of the pieces was special as they were in inventory. My cousin paid $1000 with her credit card. The total amount was $3039.94 minus $1000 down, the remaining balance was $2474.71 including delivery $120 and sales taxes . I told them I was coming back to pay the differtence when I were ready to get moved to the new house I was buying. On 05/17/14 I called the store at 10:30 am and I told the sales person Eunice Medina I was coming over to pay the difference and I was going to make some changes. I arrived to the store around 12:30 pm and I made the selection for the furniture I wanted. The sales lady told him I wanted to cancel and getting differemt furniture. I told her I was not cancelling, I just wanted to switch to different color and style. He said NO. Sales were final and nothing to talk about. My daughter went to talk to him qand he has extremaly rude and went to her face very agresive. I asked my daughter to call the police and he asked us to leave the store. My daughter crying and we both been treated with so much disrespect and rudeness. We are decent people and never been in a situation like this. The police came and we explained and showed the receipt. The police after talking to him came back to us and said: you have two choices go to court or get the furniture in the full amount initially stated. I said that was never the issue. We wanted different furniture but It was never a problem the money. The police went to talk to the rude/nuts guy and the police said it was ok and he agreed for us to get different furniture as long the initial amount were the same. We went back to the store. Made our selection. Paid with check and credit the remaining amount. Got the receipt stamped that everything was paid and left with the promise the furniture was going to be delivered on the same day. Driving back to Houston almost at home received a phone call from the rude guy saying the furniture was not going to be delivered until the check was cleared . I said that was fine. He said that also he was going to refund the deposit paid back in April and I had to go there and pay it. No sense on this request as he already had that money on his pocket si nce 04/12/14. I said ok I wil pay from my account but that money had to be refunded first. He said he was not going to refund it until we paid. I called the police in Houston aand made a report because he threaten me saying he knew where I live and my driver license number in the check and I didnt know to whom I was dealing with. The police asked me to stop the payment to the check I gave and to take him to court.

Folks..please beware of this guy. Think three times before doing bussiness with this guy. I'm hiring a lawyer and I'm making him responsible for anything that happens to me. The guy is out of his mind and dangerous.

I went to this store to buy bedroom I had email quotes from them for the brands and pieces i was interested in.The salesman is trying to sell the more expensive set,I told him I had a quote and I wanted to know if they're going to honor it,he agreed to then came back and said it was wrong too cheap.The Secretary quoted those prices and she shouldn't have because she doesn't know anything about selling furniture.I told him i would buy the one I originally wanted if he would honor the price quote so he agreed , checked to see if he could order it and then he couldn't write the ticketquick enough.I paid half down,he also double charged me for delivery, I was to pay the balance when the order came in he said it would be about 6 weeks.The other salesman was to order it on Monday.Monday he calls me says he has bad news he cant order my furniture because it's a special order, its junk, and he doesn't want it in his store.He says I can buy the more expensive set he sells or get a refund.I told him that it was my choice to make not his.He says he doesn't want that furniture anywhere around his store anytime so I could come pickup my check or he would mail it to me.I called the Alvin store to see if they would honor the price they have the same canopy attitude.Also when the salesman took my check he took my emails.In the corner of my invoice it says all sales final no refunds, so if it had been me that changed my mind I would've just been screwed.

I bought a mattress from this store of march 2012 , first one they brought to my home was rip,sent out another one ,now the mattress has totaly broke down to point cant even sleep on it and when i called owner ,all i got was f bombed .How this man is still open is a wonder to me .

Bought furniture and they sent wrong stuff so tried to return it owner got all crazy with us and then came and got furniture then ran drove off while almost running over sis n law due to him trying to get away with out giving refund .. going to claims court

They have a great selection of furniture and most of it in stock. Which is great when you drive over an hour to get there. We didn't waste our day at all, found more than what we bargained for and brought it all back with us.

The sales guy Larry was running around to make sure every customers got helped the best he could, the warehouse guy was very helpfull with the loading.

It was a great experience, will go back.

If i had seen the men that deliver the furniture out in public i would have thought they were jobless and on the verge off homelessness. the owner hires anyone regardless because theyre paid under the table anyways
