I just had the worse experience with one of the pick-up drivers. They completely disregarded a piece of furniture placed for pick-up, two times in a row, and chose to argue with me on why the item was not picked up. No customer skills whatsoever. I think the driver needs a reminder that the paying customer is the reason he has a job in the first place!

I put out two trash containers and about 20 flatened boxes next to the containers. They emptied the big trash container and left half the trash in the second small container and did not pick up the boxes at all. I called and was on hold for 30 minutes and then a recording came on to leave a message with my name service address and a return phone number and they would call me back shortly. I waited two hours and never got a return phone call so I called back. I waited over 20 minutes on hold again and finally someone answered the phone. The employee told me that the trash truck actually took a picture of my trash which probably took longer than just picking up my boxes and I was over my limit and they would come back to pick up the rest of my trash for an additional $30 fee. The trash service I had was Roys Disposal Service which was bought out by Texas Desposal Service. I never had any issues when it was Roy's Disposal Service. They don't have a clue about customer service.

I requested a new container, old one was in bad shape. They took the old one, and a week later I have yet to see a new one. Many calls and promises of delivery, and still no container.

Every time I have called for an update on my trash cans I get put on hold for 30 min and then I'm sent to voicemail. Horrible service, if you can even call it that. Would never recommend to anyone.
