Sttammany Parish

They called me to tell me my WIC vouchers were ready to be picked up but I was in the middle of a dentist appointment when they called. I called immediately back because I really needed my vouchers that day because I was almost out of formula. I called 5 times and no one answered. I left a message and no one called back. I have been there several times so I know they are not too busy or understaffed to answer the phone. It’s ridiculous what you have to do just to get them to answer the phone!

SLOWEST place ever !!!! They have a pretty big staff and one person taking care of people . If I didn't absolutely need this help I wouldn't waste my time gas or money coming here .
