Pinnacle Physical Therapy

They are robbing customers! I asked the receptionist prior to going in if my insurance covered the costs. She said yes. I filled out a mountain load of stupid paperwork to protect them and nobody else, waited and then saw the doctor for 5 minutes with an x-ray another doctor gave me for him to review. I walked out and the same receptionist said I owed $162.92 for a copay!!!! I asked why she didn't tell me when I asked before going in and she blew off the question with, "it is done this away". DO NOT USE these people for your medical needs. I will contact my insurer and explain that they most likely are double dipping the kitty to get as much money from each patient as possibly so they can all live high on the hog at our expense!!!!

Great atmosphere. Staff helpful and very skilled. Personal service. They got me back onto the tennis court!
