BEWARE!! If you plan on dropping your UPS packages here for UPS pick up be WARY!

I had a package to send via UPS and had created my label at home and since it was too big to fit in the drop box in town I left it with the employees at Post & Parcel and my package NEVER MADE IT TO UPS!

The manager insisted that I hadn't brought the package in when I know for a fact I had, specifically to the date and time. I asked him to go back over security video footage and he refused. He insisted that I would have received a receipt from the employee upon drop off, which did NOT happen.

I understand that mistakes happen, or packages get lost; but the fact that the manager/owner was so CLOSE MINDED to the idea that his employees could have made a mistake or been dishonest totally blew me away.

Lesson learned, schedule a UPS pick up, drive to the UPS store in Conyers, or flag down one of the dozens of brown trucks that travel around town if you SERIOUSLY want your package to arrive. If you want to CHANCE IT take it to Post & Parcel and hope that you don't have to tangle with the arrogant manger/owner who insists on a double standard that mistakes are made by customers, but never he or his employees.
