Cindy at Council Floral and Garden has been my florist for years and is the most creative person I know! Her arrangements are unique and beautiful and not sterile cookie cutter creations, unless of course that is what you desire. Her fresh flower choices are of quality and as in the case of my daughter's wedding, if you want a special flower request, she is knowledgeable about which flowers would best survive and outdoor wedding in 90 degree weather and where to procure them at a wonderful price! I also purchase all of my bedding and vegetable plants and soils from her AMAZING greenhouse and have gifted many of her hanging baskets to friend and clients! She will tirelessly work with you to assure your happiness.

Worst flower arrangement ever. True story: They cut a empty vodka bottle in half with the label still on (sharp edge) 2 half dead roses some pine branches and 4 daisies... wait for it... $75 plus $15 for delivery, Merry Christmas
