PMR properties

Somehow my last review disappeared, and I didn't touch it and PMR didn't remove it so , somebody removed it so PMR doesn't get to share the good review , SO I WOULD APPRECIATE IT IF NOBODY TOUCHES OR REMOVES IT

When I first moved in to the rental house I was told the house was up to code and had the correct amount of smoke detectors .
Upon moving in I found there to be no smoke detectors also all the window screens were terribly torn or just not there at all . I was told they are not responsible for window screens so I purchased and repaired all the window screens myself. Also the screen doors did not have any hardware ......missing the door handle as well as chain spring and shock absorber . So I purchased all hardware necessary and installed all missing hardware myself . Also found all gutters pulled away from back of house as well as no down spouts so once Again I made the repair by fastening gutters to the house as well as installing down spouts on all. The garage was supposed to have a large window however it was missing and instead a piece of plywood covering the window opening being held in by two nails . I special ordered a piece of glass and installed it . Also found garage door opener not wired to sensors at bottom of door , I wired in the laser sensors so as the door would open and close without having to hold the button down continuously . 2 weeks later no power to garage due to wiring under ground not being buried in conduit. Once again I made the repair and ran new wiring from house electrical panel to garage sealed in plastic conduit.
I did get reimbursed for all materials except for the garage glass and the wiring and conduit.
Not to mention no reimbursement for my time and labor. Before renting make sure the home is up to code and that all issues are repaired before moving in.
Also the tenants who lived in the house prior to me kept a large dog in the basement and the carpet smelled horrible from the dog urinating and deficating on it . Pmr said they steam cleaned the carpet prior to me moving in . They definitely did not . I had to steam clean that carpet myself on three different occasions before the smell was gone .
I do like the staff and the maintenance people they are courteous and friendly. I think where they went wrong with the house I moved into was with hiring a dishonest and lazy subcontractor to get the home move in ready. One more thing ....... there was a huge pile of trash left in the driveway that I had to deal with when I moved in . Not cool !

They don't even deserve my time for this Review. They are Slumlords that do anything to get your money but nothing to actually help the residents. Am disgusted with the bed bugs in kitchen and my room. They never fix anything, and it was NOT ready when she said it was. Don't ever ever rent from here. I will be out in no time.

THE APT ON 9TH AVE HAVE NOTHING BUT DRUGHGIES IN .. THE APT 3 THREATED ME COME ON IM 55 AND DONT NEED THESE YOUNG PEOPLE THREATING ME WITH A GUN .. U RELLY DID GOOD CLEANING UP THE PLACE LOOKS GOOD BUT THEN U LEAVE MEGAN IN THERE AND SHE IS THE ONE WHO HAS ALL THESE TROUBLE MAKERS IN THERE WEITH HER ANDF LETS THE OTHERS THAT USE TO STAY IN THE BASMENT STAY THERE .. ITS CRAP AND DONT SAY MUCH FOR UR PROPERTIES ..ON 9TH AVE AND 3RD ST .. DITCH THE DRUGIES THERE IT HAS DISRUPED THE WHOLE NEIGHBORHOOD

THEY ARE LETTING DRUG USERS, DEADBEATS MOVE IT AND RUIN THE NEIGHBORHOOD. JUST DRIVE THE 400 BLK OF DAMON ST. THEY REFUSE TO PICK UP EX RESIDENTS TRASH. A REAL EYESORE!

they are lazy and wont fix the things that need to be fixed
