Overall

He ("postmaster") is such a jerk!!! I'm attaching a pic of envelope for your complaint against this POST OFFICE in case "DAVE" tries to say he never tried to charge any extra! On the package, you can see the stamp saying "Postage Due" of $7. Then he scratches it out & writes underneath "Refunded"!!! HA, he never got a dime from me, so he could not have refunded anything!!! I wish USPS would get a new postmaster! This guy is a liar and rude!! Many of the customers that vista this Post Office feel the same. As far as FLAT RATE SERVICES go I copied this off the USPS Web Site:

Note: Flat Rate prices are available when material is sent in a USPS-produced Flat Rate Envelope or Box. When sealing a Flat Rate Envelope, the container FLAPS must be able to close within the normal folds. TAPE MAY BE APPLIED TO THE FLAPS AND SEAMS TO REINFORCE THE CONTAINER, provided the design of the container is not OPENED ON the sides and the container is not RECONSTRUCTED in any way.

Maybe you should take up bowling Dave instead of being such a rude, ignorant, hostile, nothing better to do POSTAL DICTATOR. And next time your screaming at a customer in the phone that USPS IS GOING BROKE maybe it's because of EMPLOYEES like you.
