Employees seemed to know their stuff, however, their 'expertise' seemed limited to selling you the most expensive battery they could in order to profit. Which I understand as a business major, although, from a service standpoint they pushed way toof hard for the sale to the point bordering coercion and harassment. Do not recommend.
Went in for a routine electrical check, was told not to smoke a cigarette under the awning, which I understood. So I moved out to the lot away from the building to let the man do his work. I was told I needed a new battery to which I was quoted 160. I knew that price was too high so I called around while the employee hovered over me in a way that seemed he was eavesdropping. I politely asked him to respect my privacy yet he ignored that request. After finding out their price was the most expensive in town, I told him I would like to go home and think on it. He seemed to take this personally and came up with every excuse and pressured me in to buying the 160$ battery then and there. When I refused due to the fact I could get the same battery for 100$ a mile away, he berated me for picking our a few pine needles (yes really). Interesting way to treat a customer you are trying to please..
No professionalism, put down the customer for not knowing anything about car electronics. Tried to take advantage of this fact and charge me for a battery that was almost double the price of the battery I needed. Avoid this place

Provided by SuperpagesHorrible experience, waited 30 minutes to be helped only to be told I needed to purchase a 160$ battery (!!!) That was cheaper every where else in town. Only good thing is the location, downtown corvallis.

Could not be more pleased. Have an 06 Envoy just out of warranty and was quoted $1600 for engine repairs at the dealer. Corvallis Battery knocked out the work in less than half a day for under $400. They even brought my car to me when the work was completed as I was having to work late. Going back in a few months to have some electronic issues fixed. They have earned all my future business. Great work, guys.

Here you ll find a warm, family scene and they always give you the best advice for your car. Every time I visit or call, I always receive excellent customer service and value. Thanks again!
I found the staff at Corvallis Battery to be one of the most professional I've ever dealt with. Their prices are competitive, the service is unmatched and the value is evident. I saved more then $200 over the other guys on a set of golf cart batteries, they even offered delivery and installation at my home... I couldn t have asked for more.
Outstanding service, Friendly staff, clean facilities, and the lowest prices around town. what more need I say?
