Baja Fresh

I have to thank Baja Fresh for existing. The food never disappoints - it is fresh, delicious, and healthy - the free salsa bar is amazing, and the prices are very reasonable. I'm especially fond of the Baja Bowl (rice, beans, grilled veggies, and all the salsa you can eat). Their grilled fish tacos are delicious too. My only complaint is that I WISH they would serve on recyclable and/or compostable plates and bowls. They should have a recycling bin next to the garbage can. I always feel guilty for using so much plastic when I go in there. Think about it, that stuff is used once, and then it sits in the environment for hundreds of years. They could even offer a regular "for here" plate option. That would be great too and save a lot of plastic from the dump ground. (My plastic/recycling comment could go for any casual dining place in town, by the way. I wish they would all get on the ball with that.)
