He installed an automatic door opener on my 2012 Honda Odyssey and never had the sense, professionalism or decency to inform me that this install would DISABLE one of the sliding doors!!! He turned my 2012 Honda into a 1998 Honda!!! I have 3 kids and the sliding doors is why I bought the Odyssey in the first place!! I went to his dilapidated shop the next day to complain and he said he would take the system out the next day with a full refund. The next day came and he told my husband that he didn't like the way I spoke to him and that he would call the police if we went to get it un-installed (he didn't like that I was upset for losing the car for a full day and now would lose again for yet another day). He told my husband to sue him.....so we did! The judge clearly saw how ridiculous the situation was and found him liable to refund our money. Of course he ignored the court's order and we had to have the Sheriff's office handle the situation.
