Yardarm & Peachtree Apartments

STAY AWAY!!! My car has been egged twice in the parking lot. My toilet has run since I moved in and they have been out to "fix it," three times and it still runs. I had a short in my bathroom light fixture and it took them A MONTH to fix it, after I talked to 2 different office people and emailed about it on the email system they provide. Also it is Spring Break and the pools are "CLOSED," because they city has to come inspect them before they can open them. The maintenance and management is horrible. It is a cheap place to live and it shows.

STAY AWAY!!! I live here now and put my required 2 months notice in and CANNOT WAIT TO LEAVE!!! The management here is horrible. Due to an electrical issue I was with out light in my bathroom for A MONTH. I talked to 2 different people in the front office and emailed multiple times on their website maintenance program. Unless you talk to a manager and get really mean don't bother trying to get anything fixed. My car has also been egged twice here in the parking lot parked right outside my apartment.



My toilet has run since the day I moved in 8 months ago and they have sent someone three times to "fix it." Also the lady upstairs feeds all the neighborhood stray cats so wild cats abound near me. I have called and complained and they have done nothing but come and sight me for having patio furniture "unkeeping" with my lease. It's nicer then anything else around here, I guess that is the problem.



On top of everything else I just went to use their pools (it IS Spring Break) and I the gates were locked or stuck. I called to complain and was told that the pools are not open yet, because the city has to come inspect them. REALLY? The pools aren't even open during Spring Break. BOTTOM LINE, its a cheap place to live and it shows. STAY AWAY!!!!
