Paid him $1,500 upfront (BIG MISTAKE). Originally Terry (owner) told me it would take 3 to 4 business days to complete an appraisal. Every time I called, he told me he was in the middle of it and would get it to me in the next day or so. Three weeks later after I had to all but threaten him, he finally delivered it. Oddly enough, he arrived at the exact price I told him I had paid for the property. Report was full of typographical errors and blank photo pages. If you need to throw away $1,500, go to Vegas...you'll at least have some memories to show for it.
