VIP Express Car Wash & Lube

Went in for an oil change and car wash. Gentleman at the oil lube express desk was friendly and very knowledgeable. He was very informative about anything wrong with the car or if anything needed to be replace (I.e; air filter and letting me know all my fluids were low). The gentleman who attended to my car after it came out of the wash, had me in shock with how great my car looked. He spent time making sure everything was clean including the cup holders and even asked me to look over the car and let him know if he missed anything so he could fix it before I left. Very happy with my experience here today.

Managed by toothless, price gouging, crackheads. Don't leave valuables in your car. Terrible job done for premium price.

Terrible service,cup holders were dirty,carpets were half fast vaccum, barely armored all dashboard or tires. 158 waste of money

Horrible horrible experience here. I just got my head lights done. I went to VIP to get my oil changed and the guy said I needed to have my filter changed that it looked pretty bad. Well I let them change it. Well I went home and I noticed my right head light was flickering so my boyfriend checked it out and it turns out they pinched one of the wires to my brand new head light. I've been trying to get ahold of a manager over the phone, no one was available that day. So the next day I went and no one was available that day either. I'm reporting this company to the BBB. It's ridiculous.

I bad experience today when I tried to get my car washed..@ VIP Car Wash & Super Lube, where felt mistreated. I waited for 2 hours, I went to the back to see where my car was, after seeing newer people in the waiting room, I noticed it was vacuumed and sitting there with the doors opened after being vacuumed. I spoke to a supervisor & showed him the receipt, where the time was stamped on my receipt. There were 4 people in front of me, and he kept telling me no there was 9...It was insulting to me that I didn't know how to count and belittle me, he tried to insult my intelligence by inferring I did not know how to count. :-( My front grill is still dirty, and the side of my car on the passenger side was not wiped down and still dirty on the bottom half.. :-(
