BAD MANAGEMENT. DO not recommend moving here! They never return phone messages, they do not keep appointments, office is never open when they are suppose to be.

I lived here for over a year, and the experience was awful. We were misled to believe that our deposit was 100% refundable (with the exception of damage to the unit), but upon move out we found out that the majority of our deposit was actually fees, and non-refundable. On move in day our unit was not ready, and we had to stay in a hotel after driving 2000 miles. Only after arguing with the manager of the complex did we get the hotel room payed for. While I lived there multiple cars were broken into, and one person was robbed at gun point. This is a gated complex located in a fairly nice part of town, but these types of activities happened fairly often. In my opinion there are plenty of other places in town, and it is not worth getting locked into a lease here.
