We are a family from Brownsville, Tx in Corpus Christi for an all star kickball tournament and what Quantom Kopies did for us was awesome! We went in for some copies of some kickball poster pictures of our daughter and ended up getting that and more! The owner and employees there were great! We had no intentions of buying shirts but their shirts on display were really nice! We wanted the shirts for the next day and the owner was so awesome that he made them for us right then and there in less than an hour! I've never been to a place that was willing to drop what they're doing to help us! They did a fantastic job on our posters and our shirts! I will highly recommend this business to all the other kickball parents! If you're from Corpus Christi be sure to visit Quantom Kopies!

I hired Quantum Kopies for a project I needed for work. I told Mark that it was due a month from our initial conversation. I was assured that they could handle it. Two weeks later I didn't have a proof. I called Mark and was told it would be done by the end of the day. It wouldn't be. I spoke to Mark's voicemail more than I did him personally. When I did get him he would assure, assure, assure and blame blame blame. Let me just say, my project was not anything complicated. Matter of fact all they had to do is copy my design and make copies. I was emailed the proof two weeks and three days after the initial consultation and it was as if the design I submitted wasn't present when whoever they have doing their layouts completed it. Looked like it was just thrown together to give me SOMETHING! I called Mark and arranged to stand there with the employee in charge while changes were made. Once that was completed, I was told one week for printing. One week later I call to check in. Turns out... they out sourced my job. All those outdated looking printers in that Downtown location must be on display as relics or antiques of printers that were once used in the 70's! After being reassured with no end in sight, I took my project to another print shop and was taken care of by some real pro's. They saved me and I didn't look bad to my Boss and Co-workers! I think Mark has so much business that he just can't keep up or just doesn't care anymore. Hey there are print shops out there that do believe in customer service and professionalism! This is NOT one of them. Beware!

I was in the store today and was very hurt about the conversation that was being discussed by store employees. The conversation was a joke or racial comment made by a male and a female employee about Michael Jackson when he was black. Well for the record he is still black and those types of racial comments should be kept to ones self or in private. Again not a good thing to say in public. I will never do business there again, I will make sure the black community knows and hope they to will not do business there.
