These clowns are "professional liars" & put on a BIG show with what they call a "Used Call Buyer Call". They pretend in "fantasy land" you believe they are calling a wholesale buyer to make an offer on your "trade-in" who they promote as not being affiliated with their own operation. Well.....


FYI, the Used Car Buyer is none-other than Lithia's very own Desk Manager "Donald Rinaldi & his cohorts".

A bunch of 2nd rate clowns & I hope they get exposed. The staff is friendly & I'm sure they mean well. This is a management problem of ethics issue so I blame them & their greed-machine.

Do yourself a favor & go to the glass wall & see the B-rated movie act they deliver so they can tell you your trade in is worth 1/2 of what the book value lists in KBB.

Get an acting coach & give IQ tests bc you didn't fool me clowns

As the rest of the reviews state Lithia customer service is severely lacking in professionalism and expertise. They've had my new (less than 1000 miles) Jeep Grand Cherokee for 10 days and have not been able to find and/or repair a simple fault issue. If it were not that it must be repaired by Chrysler to avoid voiding the warranty I would have already had it fixed elsewhere.



Do yourself a favor if you have other options for service go somewhere else. Which is something to consider if you are planning on purchasing a new car from them. Service after Sale?

I’ve never posted a negative review about a business before, but I definitely have to make an exception this time. Never have I had such an awful experience working with the service department at a car dealership. Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge Of Corpus Christi is the absolute worst place you could take your car to be serviced. I bought a brand new 2015 Jeep Wrangler less than two months ago, and they straight up refused to fix the clutch even though the warranty fully covers it. Their service department is complete crap. It took 10 DAYS (after I consistently called every day to check the status) for them to even look at it and diagnose the problem. My jeep was broken into on their lot, the window is completely shattered, and very expensive personal items were stolen. Please share this and stay away from Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge Of Corpus Christi. All that comes out of it is a huge hassle, a headache, and a complete waste of time.

not even worth a star

Dropped off a company truck, and told them the truck was making a noise when in 4 wheel drive. Receive a call 2 days later that the problem is the front differential. 3 weeks and $8500 later they indicate the truck is fixed. They never bothered testing it. Placed it in 4 wheel drive and the noise is still there. After complaining they take a look. 3 days later they call that the transfer case is the problem. Estimate, an additional $1200 to fix. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE. Their customer service is horrible and they will not call you, or return your call as they promise. If you have a fleet vehicle, they will add and charge for services your vehicle does not need.

Horrible customer service Too expensive

Dropped off my jeep for oil change, and differential oil change at 8 am as told to so i could catch the shuttle. The shuttle left at 7:45 and the next one was not until after 9 am. Can u say late to work? So I waited and when we left I asked to be dropped off first as I was the only person not going home and working on Staples was the closest. The 14 year old daredevil that drove the van either ignored me or did not hear as I was dropped off last at 10:15. I was told they would come get me when I was done. I called at 1 pm and was told the next run was 2:45 pm and they would not leave before. When i explained my situation I was told I would have to wait for my sevice adviser who was out to lunch. Did I mention i was to wait until 2:45 before the driver headed my way with no lunch? So now I am now standing outside for almost 2 hours waiting. Also their service department charges 3 x what I pay for my Ford truck for same service. Next oil change my jeep is do it myself or Champion Ford. LITHIA HAS SEEN THR LAST OF THIS CUSTOMER!!!

Customer Service here does not...

Customer Service here does not exist. Do not buy the extended waranty, you will never get service and if they finally get around to fixing your car they will charge you like crazy. If you buy the lifetime synthetic oil changes you have to double check what you are getting. I have receipts saying i have had regular oil changes, why overpay for somehting that they are not going to provide? Stay Away!
