Internet Medical Clinics

I am (well was) a patient at the San Antonio location which apparently closed at the end of the year. I have a medical condition (not weight loss) that requires monthly monitoring and medication, so I called to schedule my monthly follow-up appointment and was told that the office has been closed and "may" open at a new location in March. I was not notified and asked how was supposed to get a refill on my medication for this month. Their response was that I can either drive 300 miles round trip to Corpus Christi or 400+ miles round trip to Houston to see one of their physicians there. It isn't enough that I was given no notice, but they didn't even provide a feasible alternative for existing patients. Based on my understanding all of these clinics are run by the same people. I have no idea what I am going to do since I can't just jump to another doctor and have them refill my medication, they don't know me and likely will need time to understand my treatment. The doctor that was at the clinic in San Antonio had been my physician for many years, so enough time was taken to find a treatment that works. This is so unprofessional and shows that they have no concern for their patients.

I have told many about this place and they also recommend to others. Its crazy how word of mouth works. of course u have to see or try to believe. my family and i always said that diet supplements only work for time that its being taken and u gain it back or two times more. i tried it for the first time ever and guess what i lost 20lbs in one month, appetite suppressant really works my fmily didnt know i was using this and would get upset cuz they nvr saw me eat well guess what when i told them. they were so shocked and couldnt believe it after that month i stopped pills and continued on my own. they noticed that i hadnt gain more or double the weight but that i continued to loose and changed my eating habits so stayed fit. they finally came out of their shell and asked me how or what they have to do to join. JUST CALL AND SCHEDULE APPT. they r now loosing weight themselves, its awesome that they love it as much as i do!!!!!!! :)

Wow i love this place!! I went for a family practice visit and they were so nice and fast paced. They got me in and out in such little time. The NP i meet was great he knew exactly what he was talking about and has great advice about being healthy and feeling young. They have very reasonable prices, cheapest ive seen in awhile. i would recommend this facility to all my family members and friends for anything weight management,family practice,and even botox! Thx IMC for taking care of me!

AWESOME DOCTOR! Friendly staff! Highly recommend for anybody and everybody! Little to no waiting time in the waiting room! I will be going back again very soon!!!!
