I switched to this practice hoping to get some help with ongoing issues. At first Dr. McLemore seemed concerned & even referred me out. I rescheduled for a follow up with her & it took over a week to get an apt. Good thing I didn't have the flu! She just dismissed all of my symptoms as if I was wasting her time. Then even made sarcastic comments. I understand she is busy but I am human with feelings. Please remember why you went into the medical field, was it to help patients? If so please show your patients more compassion. The medical assistant is not very friendly & doesn't return calls. Their answer to everything is go to the ER. I don't want to go to the ER & be treated poorly I want you to do your job & at least act like you care. Left with no answers, no help & in tears. The front office isn't very friendly either & don't make you feel very welcome. She lost a bunch of forms I filled out & acted like it was my fault.

Not a friendly or caring atmosphere! Does not focus on your health, or offer feedback, no call backs, You pretty much have to demand for any "test" if u r concern with ur health! Website is false! i need a new dr!

If I could give this doctor no stars I would but unfortunaley I had to give him one star. The staff in this office are rude and incompetent. They don't know how to bill the insurance correctly and overcharge and when they are supposed to issue a refund they takes months to do so. I still have not gotten a refund back. The doctor is very ignorant he dismisses the symptoms you have and acts as if you are making the illness up in your head. Both Michelle Ibanez and Marc Ibanez are ridiculous doctors they act like they care about thier patients but they don't. They dismiss your illness as if it is unimportant. The wait time is over an hour even when you have an appointment.They would do a better job if they had staff that knew what they were doing.
